Boris Motovich founded Midwood Lumber in 1983. Midwood started off with just a 10,000sf facility, 10 employees & two delivery trucks. Today Midwood has grown to over 100,000sf of warehouse space. They employ over 50 people and have 11 trucks to service our customer's needs. These trucks include 3 boom trucks & 3 spyders. The booms & spyders insure easy unloading to our customers and proper placement of material within the jobsite. At Midwood full distribution of material is also available within a project. This includes the placement of all your drywall and building material needs.

At Midwood we specialize in complete plan takeoffs. Door schedules & stair takeoffs are our strongpoint. We can provide the contractor with a step-by-step analysis of what they need to complete the job.

Safety is of utmost importance to our company. Our employees go through a comprehensive training program that includes certification of forklift operators.
